By accessing or using our website Top10Astrologers.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Rules & Regulations

1. These rules & regulations apply to all visitors, clients, and astrologers on Top10Astrologers.com, now and in the future.

2. By using the site (viewing content, booking astrology services, providing information), you accept these Terms.

3. Top10Astrologers.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Users are responsible for reviewing them.

4. If we find any user (visitor, client, astrologer) violating these Terms (fraud, misuse, etc.), we reserve the right to terminate access, cancel bookings or otherwise enforce legal remedies.

2. Services & Delivery

1. Astrology Services: We provide listings of verified astrologers who offer services such as readings, predictions, numerology, etc.

2. Booking & Delivery Time: Timeline for delivery of astrological readings, reports, consultations will depend on the astrologer selected, the service type (basic or premium), and client-provided details (date/time/place of birth, etc.).

3. Working Hours & Availability: Astrologers operate in specified hours. If feedback or information from the client is delayed, timelines may extend.

4. Modifications due to Complexity: For more detailed or custom astrological reports (charts, remedy suggestions, etc.), additional time and charges may apply.

3. User Obligations & Feedback

1. Clients must provide accurate information (date, time, location of birth, etc.).

2. Feedback should be specific (e.g. “please adjust the chart for ascendant details”, not vague like “do something else”).

3. Client should respond promptly when astrologer requests further details, else service delivery might be delayed or put on hold.

4. Pricing, Payment & Refunds

1. Prices for services are as listed at the time of booking. Premium services may have higher charges.

2. All fees are due at time of booking unless otherwise noted.

3. Payments methods are as provided on site (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, etc.).

4. Refund Policy: Because astrology readings are personalized & time/effort intensive, refunds are generally NOT provided unless service is not delivered. In case of non-delivery or cancellation by our side, a refund or re-booking may be arranged.

5. Unused or unconsumed portions of services (e.g. if you booked a package but used only part) generally are non-refundable. However, with mutual agreement, remaining service credit may be converted to other services within a fixed period (for example within 3 months).

5. Content, Intellectual Property & Branding

1. All content on Top10Astrologers.com (text, images, designs, graphics, charts, logos) is owned by us or licensed. You cannot copy, distribute, or republish without permission.

2. If client provides any symbols, motifs, or third-party material to be used in readings or branding, we do not guarantee uniqueness or trademark eligibility unless specifically stated. You are responsible if trademark registration fails due to similarity or infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

1. Astrology is for guidance only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Any decisions made on the basis of readings are your responsibility.

2. We strive for accuracy, but charts or predictions depend on correctness of information provided by the client. Wrong birth time or place may cause inaccuracies.

3. Under no circumstances are we liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from use of services.

4. We are not legally responsible for third-party services, offers, or actions of astrologers beyond what is directly under our control.

7. Termination & Suspension

1. We can suspend or terminate your access, or cancel your bookings, if you violate these Terms.

2. Also if you provide misleading or fraudulent information, or behave unlawfully, or breach our content and conduct rules.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

2. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If not, legal proceedings may be initiated in a court having jurisdiction over the location of Top10Astrologers.com’s registered office.

9. Privacy Policy

1. We respect your privacy and protect your personal data (name, email, birth information, etc.).

2. When we collect personal information, we will inform you why, how it will be used, and how you can access or correct it.

3. We do not share personally identifiable information with third parties except where required for service delivery (e.g. astrologer), legal obligations, or with your consent.

10. Additional Notes & Exceptions

1. Premium or custom reports with special features (charts, remedies, etc.) may incur additional charges.

2. If you book a service and fail to respond or give required details within a reasonable time, we may place the project on hold and re-allocate astrologer’s time.

3. Client requests for extra modifications beyond what was agreed may incur extra charges.
